Senior DevOps Engineer
The DevOps team is responsible for building and maintaining Clear Capital's AWS cloud infrastructure, which includes multi-tenant SaaS applications serving some of the largest financial institutions, data and analytics products, machine learning, and more. We promote a culture of learning and collaboration. We like to operate with the philosophy that whoever brings the best idea to the table, not who has the biggest title or the loudest voice, "wins." A Dev/Ops Engineer stands at the intersection of software development and system operations. By employing Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), the Dev/Ops Engineer can write software to automate the deployment, monitoring, management, and decommissioning of complete operating environments. They also take operational responsibility for those environments. A Lead DevOps Engineer can automate a broad range of systems, including operating systems, network infrastructure, security infrastructure, databases, application servers, and monitoring systems, and has deep technical expertise in multiple areas. Furthermore, they have demonstrated experience in complete system and software development lifecycles. This position will also mentor and guide more junior-level Engineers.
